Typically if you’re working on vehicle upholstery, the soft white brushes will be able to get the job done. However, there are times when you may encounter tougher stains or really grimy areas where the slightly stiffer medium green drill brushes will perform better. Furthermore, the medium green brushes also work great on rubber floor mats and many other surfaces as well!

Microfiber should always be washed only with other microfiber towels. Always wash on a low heat setting using a detergent that is free of any added dyes or perfumes and do not use fabric softener. Tide Free and Gentle or Kirkland Ultra Clean are great choices. Dry on low heat or alternatively you can hang to dry.

Your Detail Geek Drill Brushes should last for many details before needing to be replaced. Besides cleaning them after every use, you may also regularly switch your drill to reverse so the bristles don’t lay down to one side. When you notice the center bristles knotted together and the majority of bristles are laying to one side it may be a good time to replace your brush!
