Shipping policy

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders will generally be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days of receiving them, however during our Black Friday sale please allow us additional time to process your order. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Standard Economy shipping as well as a 2 Day Express option within the United States! Shipping rates will vary based on your location.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping to Canada, Germany, Australia, the UK and nearly every other country in the world! We also offer the option to pay any duties or taxes up front so you'll never get surprised at the door with extra fees owing, just choose Passport Priority Duties Paid at checkout! Please see the checkout for shipping rates. International shipping timeframes will range from 6-14 business days, although this will depend on your country's customs. During the busy holiday shopping season shipping delays should be expected.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Your use of detailgeekautocare.com signifies that you will abide by the following shipping procedures. 

If you’ve entered your shipping address incorrectly, please notify us as soon as possible after placing your order. Our system automatically transfers the exact address you have entered at checkout onto the final label. Once the package has been picked up by the shipping carrier, we’re unable to make address corrections.

If the carrier does not deliver your package and it is returned to us due to an incorrect address being provided, we will refund the item cost (minus the original shipping cost, a $10-15 return shipping fee that we are charged by the carrier, and processing/restocking fees). This refund occurs after the package is returned to us. You're welcome to place a new, replacement order at any time, but please verify that your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. 

If your package has been marked as "Delivered" but you can't find it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance. We are not responsible for misdelivered, lost, or stolen packages.

Order Cancellations

We cannot guarantee order cancellation if you do not notify us immediately (within 30 minutes) after placing your order at orders@detailgeekautocare.com. We strive to ship orders quickly, so orders are processed as fast and efficiently as possible. If your order has been picked by the warehouse and is ready to ship, we cannot cancel it. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Insurance

We are very pleased to offer our customers insurance through MonkProtect - a 3rd party insurance service that will guarantee the safe delivery of your order. Should your order become lost, damaged, or stolen, MonkProtect’s Automated Claims Portal allows you to quickly and easily resolve any issues.
