Damages and issues
We do not offer refunds at this time. However, reshipments may be issued for products that are damaged, lost, or stolen.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us us immediately if you experience any issues. Additionally, your order is insured through Monk Protect - a 3rd party shipping insurance provider. You are able to file a claim at https://app.monkprotect.com/login/ without needing to contact us. If your claim is approved, you will be sent a reshipment of the items you are experiencing issues with.

Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, nor do we accept gift card purchases from anywhere outside of North America.
